Jasmine Wong's 6th birthday party was to be a fancy dress. When Priscilla discussed this with Abi, mentioning witches etc as a suitable theme, Abi said that she didn't like scary things and didn't want to be a witch. During a later discussion, Abi said that a dinosaur was scary and that she would like to be one for the party. Also Pascale can be her baby and she the mother (a common thought at this time). Anyway Priscilla and Por Por made some tails from orange net bags filled with plastic bags and wrapped in khaki leopard print material. There was a row of yellow triangles along the spine. That looked so cute that Priscilla decided to add a top piece made of the same print material in a caftan style (simple to make).
Abi and Pascale enjoyed running around in their costumes at the party. It was funny trying to sit them into the swings, forgetting to move the tails out of the way.
